No Smoking inside of the house, smoking inside the house will result in a fine.
Any noise causing a disturbance to others is not allowed.
No Loud music is allowed.
Visitors or non-paying guests are not allowed.
Please use only the braai at the back of the house for a wood or charcoal braai. No fire on the front patio, only use the gas braai.
Keep vehicles on the grass next to the garage.
No pets or animals are allowed.
