Luxury 2 bedroom holiday apartment situated within a 4 Star hotel, minutes away from the mother City, on the lagoon surrounded by the white sands beach, the famous palm trees where nesting birds tweeting to beautiful tunes. The 2 bedrooms has warm wooden floors matching head-boards pedestals and lamp shades and full length curtains. The Main Bedroom has a Queen bed which has beautiful throws and scatter cushions, spacious cupboards which comes with linen. The Second bedroom has a Double bed with throws and colourful cushion on bed. The 2 bathrooms are tiled with fitted mirrors, 1st bathroom has a luxury bath, where you can relax after a full day of adventures, the other bathroom has a shower where you can close your eyes and embrace the water to relax you. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern necessities including a microwave, kettle toaster, washing machine and fridge. There is a variety of different utensils, the cupboards are filled with lovely crockery, glasses and cutlery. The Dinning room has a beautiful spacious wooden table with 4 matching chairs. The lagoon is always busy as you will find the fisherman sifting their nets for bait, children splashing in the water, yachting ,cannoning even the dogs get there daily walks, entering the complex is the most amazing giant posters and a peak of the colourful orchards. The lounge has the most amazing red L/shape leather couch which faces the 72cm flat screen television, there is DSTV, WiFi which comes at a additional cost. There are beautiful pictures mirrors, and rugs on the floor to kick those shoes off after a long day. This stunning apartment has views across the pool showing the lagoon and the surrounding views of Cape Town and Bloubergstrand, you are minutes away from restaurants and shops. Guests has access to the whole apartment. Guest are more than welcome to reach out to us any time over on Airbnb or our Guest Relations Manager will reach out to them before their arrival and be their main point of contact during their stay. Check-in will be from 14:00pm (2pm) to 18:00 (6pm). Any check-in after 18:00 (6pm) can be accommodated at an additional cost of R300.00 and will be payable on arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete the check-in process, therefore it is essential to schedule an exact time with our host on +[hidden according to Airbnb content policy]as we are not based at our properties.

House Rules

A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
All guests are personally met to complete the check-in process, which is scheduled by the hour in advance on a first-come, first-served basis between 14:00 and 18:00. As multiple properties are managed and the team is not based on-site, accommodating specific preferred times may not always be possible; however, every effort will be made to meet guest preferences. Please note that for check-ins after 18:00, an additional fee is payable upon arrival before keys are handed over.
