Fantastic.

A fantastic and relaxed stay! It is a place we always stay at since 2014.

Comfortable apartment in hotel complex.

The host was very friendly checking us in. It is an apartment in a hotel complex. Clean but dated. Great buffet breakfast at extra cost. Pool isn't heated as advertised. Wifi is still not working (we had to do work, but couldn't, so this was a big inconvenience). The sliding door isn't fixed. Impossible to open easily. Salt, pepper, oil, milk in kitchen and soap/handwash in the bathrooms would have been nice to be available in the apartment. TV remote and heater didn't work.

Baie lekker verblyf, agterste kamer baie warm.

Skuifdeur na die balkon kort baie dringend aandag. Geen opwasvadoek in kombuis net sponsie, moeilik om tafel en blaaie skoon te maak met spons. WiFi baie swak.

Peaceful and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and the location is perfect. Beautiful view of the lagoon and the sea. The apartment is very neat and clean. It was a little confusing about where we should check in but the host agent, Albert, helped us with it. The WIFI did not work properly and we had poor phone signal for a few days. Very happy and satisfied with our stay.

I stay happy and good.

The problem is no one come and and change towel and clean apartment. We going there because we need to rest 1/5 please fix that problem.

Die ligging van Lagoon Beach 231 is so sentraal - het ons tydjie daar baie maklik gemaak oor ons party dae in 3 verskillende rigtings moes gaan (twee van ons was in die Kaap vir werk, en die ander twee was met vakansie).

Baie baie lekker.

Net die WiFi is swak/stadig, maar verder niks fout nie.

Internet amper twee dae af. Selfde met TV. Concierge is pateties. Detail het aandag nodig.

Sien bo. Kluis werk nie. Deur na patio was amper onmoontlik om te skuif. Derde dag reggemaak. Concierge bel nie terug nie - nie aan te beveel nie. DStv nie beskikbaar nie. Wasmasjien-fasiliteite nie beskikbaar nie - in handleiding sê hulle dit is beskikbaar. Lig in hoofslaapkamer uit.

Exceptional value for money with views that cannot be beaten.

The flat is very clean with high quality furniture. It has a spectacular view and is a true reflection of what is displayed on the online photo's. I will definitely go there again.

Nice.

The apartment itself is nice and clean and situated within a nice view. Only challenge I faced was the TV that did not work. No Sound and every now and then TV switches off. I had to report this to Reception 6 times before they eventually sent someone the following day. Problem was still not resolved.
