Lagoon Shoreline Penthouse is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment in a secure building situated right on the beach in Milnerton, Cape Town. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this vibrant city.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, each fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 child-only single beds. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy various outdoor spaces like a small balcony through the bedroom and a rooftop balcony with outdoor seating, gymming equipment and partial ocean views. The property boasts 3 communal swimming pools, a Spa and an on-site restaurant. Secure parking is available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with the beach being easily accessible. The Cape Town International Airport is approximately 20 km away.
