Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All outstanding fees must be paid in full before the unit may be occupied.
Parties and overloading of the unit are strictly prohibited.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
No music at all is permitted between 22:00 and 09:00 daily.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
The tenant accepts full responsibility for the actions of all individuals in their party and agrees that all guests will comply with the rules and regulations set by the property owner, managing agent, and body corporate.
The property owner, managing agent, and body corporate will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by events or circumstances beyond their control.
An administration fee is charged for each booking.
A refundable R500.00 breakage deposit is required for each booking.
