Arrival & Departure
Check-In: Between 15:00 and 19:00.
Check-Out: Strictly by 10:00 at the latest.
House Rules & Privacy
Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. If smoking outside, please ensure all doors and windows are tightly closed to keep smoke out.
Noise & Events: No parties or events are permitted. Please respect our neighbours by adhering to quiet hours daily between 22:00 and 07:00.
Garage Access: Please note that the homeowners may occasionally access the garage to retrieve some of their personal belongings.
Environment: The home is proudly pesticide-free and located close to a small nature reserve. Because of this, you may occasionally spot some small, harmless bush creatures inside the home.
Check-Out Procedures
Before you leave, please ensure the following steps are completed:
Dishes: Load the dishwasher and start a cleaning cycle.
Waste: Remove all rubbish bags from the bins and place them outside the kitchen door.
Security lock-up: Secure the property by closing all windows and locking the doors behind you.
