House Rules
The restaurant hours are from 08:00 -21:00 on Mondays - Fridays and 09:00 - 22:00 on Saturdays. On Sundays, the restaurant is closed except for breakfast for our guests from 08:00 - 10:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Only guests who are on the booking may be accommodated.
Arrangements to be made before hand for any visitors.
Visitors not allowed after 22:00.
No loud music allowed quiet time from 22:00.
Guests attend the lake at their own risk and only in-house guests are allowed to use these facilities.
Kindly ensure children are supervised at all times.
Please keep windows and doors closed if the air conditioner is used.
All electric appliances, lights and air conditioners have to be switched off before leaving the room.
Valuables should be kept in safe custody lake grappa will not be held responsible for any loss each room has a safe.
Guests must adhere to the check-in time 14:00 and check-out time 10:00.
Guests should make sure to take all their belongings before leaving the unit.
Guests must remember to hand in their keys or leave them in the door.
No cutlery, crockery or glasses are allowed to be taken out of units guests should arrange for additional cutlery, crockery and glasses if needed.
Please do not remove any linen or towels from the units to use outside for swimming or picnics, failure to comply may result in additional charges.
Please report any broken equipment at reception.
Failure to adhere to the rules will result in instructions to evacuate the premises.
