Baie lekker plek, rustig, veilig, skoon en die see is net een van sy soort. Fantastiese plek met lekker geriewe. Ongetwyfeld die beste gasheer wat ons nog gehad het. Ons het weens verkeer baie laat aangekom en die gasheer het daar gewag om ons te verwelkom en 'n bottel wyn in die yskas gehad. Baie behulpsaam en gaan werklik uit hul pad om die tyd so gemaklik as moontlik te maak. Sal definitief weer besoek.

Overall we enjoyed the 7-day stay. The stay was nice, but the kitchen is totally understocked with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc. They don't restock toilet paper, which can cause inconvenience.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Brenda. It was lovely to meet you all. Kitchens are stocked with basic cutlery and crockery etc. for the number of people in the unit. Should you have noticed or wished for extra, you are most welcome to come and ask during your stay, and we would provide extra for you, no problem at all. Units are fully serviced daily, and I can only apologise if your toilet roll was not restocked. The team most certainly does restock daily; however, if there was an oversight on their part, I can raise this with them. This is not our usual standard.

Baie aangenaam. Ek sal dit weer doen in die toekoms. Dit was heerlik. Ons was vriendelik ontvang. Die gasvrou het uit haar pad gegaan om ons welkom te heet. Sy het ons ingelig oor die besienswaardighede in en rondom St. Lucia.

It was good but dirty; some of the balcony was worse being dirty. It was a great stay except that the entire house was dirty with a lot of dust. Worse, the floors were very dirty, and the showers were a nightmare; they should change them. The lounge air-conditioning was not working, which made it difficult to stay in the lounge as a family because of the heat.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry we did not come up to your expectations and we did sort things for you when you first raised issues. The lounge doesn't have air conditioning, and as explained there are numerous fans in the lounge and no air conditioning as most people sit with the door open. There are however 3 air conditioners up the stairs that cool the entire apartment down in no time. We don't really understand the issue with the showers as most people have left very positive reviews about that particular unit. Housekeeping have been spoken to about letting standards drop while you were here and for that I can only apologise. You did say on leaving that you wished to come back in the near future - I hope we can turn things around for you!
