Our room was basic but it served the need for a 1-night stay over. We stayed for 1 night on our way back to KZN. We were greeted by a very friendly George. The room we were given wasn't the room we had booked, but it was basic and fine for 1 night. We weren't sure about the very brown tap water; perhaps a note letting guests know the water situation would be helpful. Also, the unit we were put in could really do with a seating area out the back of the cottage as there is nowhere to sit comfortably in that cottage, just a small round dining table and 2 chairs. It could do with a couch or some casual chairs. I peeked in at the unit next to ours and it was really lovely and well decorated; not sure why there was such a difference between the two units. Anyway, we loved the beautiful building and the lovely gardens and both slept well and headed off early the next morning.
