Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

A refundable R1000 key and breakage deposit will be required.
1. No loud noise, parties or events permitted. A fine will be issued by CPF.
2. No smoking allowed in the unit.
3. No pets allowed. You will be issued a fine and escorted out of the Park.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. All fires to be fully attended and extinguished before leaving the facility.
6. All kids must be under full adult supervision at all times.
7. Do not dispose of any foreign objects eg. Ladies sanitary ware or baby diapers. Ria will instantly block the septic tank.
8. Please switch off the AC when leaving the unit.
9. Please respect the owner’s property.
The owner, Manager and staff will not be held responsible for any theft, damages to private property or to any bodily injuries whilst on premises.
