Description

Le Roc 4 is located in the beach town of Ballito and is a self-catering first floor apartment. This is the ideal getaway for guests seeking a tranquil escape within walking distance of the beach.

The apartment can accommodate 8 people and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a standing fan and opens onto a balcony. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, the third bedroom has 2 single beds, and the fourth bedroom has 1 double bed. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower fixed over the bath. The second, third and fourth bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The open-plan living area features a lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Note that there is no oven. The lounge is furnished with a lounge suite and has a TV with DStv with the Stay Essential package. It opens up onto the spacious, partly covered, furnished patio with a charcoal braai. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is 1 undercover parking bay and unallocated guest parking.

Guests can access the communal swimming pool and have direct access to the beach with Le Roc being located right in front of the well-known Granny's Pool.
