Description
Le Thallo is a beautiful holiday villa set at the foothills of Lion’s Head mountain and it is located within easy reach of the beach in Camps Bay. This upmarket Cape Town suburb boasts sandy palm-lined beaches, trendy cafes, restaurants, and night clubs.
The stunning air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and features striking decor with sophisticated elegance and contemporary art pieces. It comprises 3 levels – 4 en-suite bedrooms on the upper level and 1 en-suite bedroom on the lower. The living areas and study are all located on the middle level.
Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds. The main bedroom opens onto a balcony that boasts sea views and features a seating area, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a bath. There are 3 bedrooms that have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower while one of the upstairs bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom on the lower level features a 4-seater dining table as well as a lounge and it opens onto a patio which has 2 sun loungers as well as an outdoor dining table and leads to the lush gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave and a breakfast counter with bar stools. There is also a scullery with a washing machine, tumble-dryer and a dishwasher. The study is located just off the kitchen and has a bathroom with a bath and shower.
The living area offers a TV, a comfortable lounge suite and a 10-seater dining table. It opens onto the patio where guests will find outdoor dining tables, 2 couches in a shaded area, and a large built-in braai area with pizza oven and a gas stove.
The villa also boasts a swimming pool that can be heated on request and 6 sun loungers where guests can unwind. Parking is provided for 3 cars in the garage.
