A beautiful stay in the heart of Stellenbosch. The location of the cottage is excellent - close to everything, but still nice and quiet and private. The place itself is beautiful! Everything is clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The style is modern and the cutlery is particularly nice, you can see that a lot of effort has been put into making the cottage beautiful and welcoming. The little details really made us feel at home. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with warmth and was always available if we needed anything. We feel that Leafy Lane Cottage offers very good value for money and we would definitely highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Stellenbosch. If you go up the stairs to the room (with bathroom) you have the most beautiful view through the large windows! Can sit and drink coffee on the sofa and look out! Warm blanket for cold nights! A jewel in the winelands. Leafy Lane blew us away. The beautiful cottage is tastefully decorated, with care and a fine touch. When you look out the large windows on the top floor over the roofs and treetops, it feels completely as if you are staying somewhere in Europe. Marleen receives her guests with such warmth and warmth that you feel like you have known her for years. The cottage is wonderfully private with its own entrance. Marleen accommodated us with secure parking for 2 vehicles and safely stored a forgotten item for us and made an effort to ensure that we got it back. The self-check-in arrangement works fantastically. Leafy Lane is truly a lovely little place. "Magical", as the Englishman would say. We will definitely stay here again.
