Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No loud noise, music, or parties are allowed at any time.
Guests will be held liable for any damage to the property, and payment for damages must be made before check-out.
In the event of excessive mess or soiled linen left by guests, additional charges will apply, and guests will be invoiced accordingly.
No additional guests are permitted to stay overnight. Only registered and paying guests are allowed on the property.
Speeding is strictly prohibited in the neighborhood.
No pets are allowed on the property under any circumstances.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.
