Licorna Beach Holiday Apartment 10 is a self-catering beachfront apartment situated in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. Ideally positioned for a coastal getaway, the apartment offers direct beach access and is well-suited to families or groups seeking a convenient and comfortable stay by the ocean.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided; guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto a patio overlooking the rock garden. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table within the living area.
Guests have access to a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, secure parking, and on-site security within the complex. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. The property is within close proximity to attractions such as Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve, Hawaan Forest, Beachwood Mangrove Nature Reserve, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Umhlanga Lighthouse, Sibaya Casino, and nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops.
