Licorna Beach Vakansie Woonstel 63 is a beachfront, self-catering duplex in Umhlanga, accommodating 8 guests. Located on the sixth floor and accessed by an elevator, the air-conditioned apartment has a partial sea view.

The first-floor main bedroom opens onto a patio with a partial sea view and features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom with a bath and toilet. A bunk bed for 2 and a guest toilet are located in the ground-floor living area. Linen and bath towels are provided; guests must bring their own swimming towels.

The ground-floor open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels and opens onto a patio with a partial sea view.

The complex offers direct beach access, a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, laundry, secure parking, and a security guard. The apartment is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Pets are not permitted.

Nearby attractions include Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve, Hawaan Forest, Beachwood Mangrove Nature Reserve, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Umhlanga Lighthouse, Sibaya Casino, and various restaurants, pubs, and shops. The area also offers beaches for shell collecting, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddle-boarding, and golf and hiking trails, with the annual Sardine Run from May to July.
