Licorna Beach Holiday Apartment 63 is a self-catering duplex apartment with partial sea views, situated on the sixth floor of a secure beachfront complex in Umhlanga. The apartment is accessible by lift and is ideally suited to families or groups seeking a convenient coastal getaway.
The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. A bunk bed for 2 guests is located in the ground-floor living area. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area provides space for shared meals, while the lounge features comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels (Stay Essential package). The living area opens onto a patio with partial sea views.
Guests have direct access to the beach and can enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai facilities within the complex. Secure parking is provided. The apartment is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.
