ADDITIONAL RULES

◾️ Completing a Booking Form and attaching a clear picture (a photocopy) of your ID or Passport is MANDATORY. Failure to adhere to this will result in denied access to the property.

GUESTS
▪️ A maximum of 6 guests is allowed.
▪️ No visitors are permitted — only registered guests (maximum of 6) are allowed in the Penthouse.
▪️ Hookah/Hubby Bubbly is strictly forbidden inside and outside due to potential furniture damage.
▪️ No pets are allowed.

TOWELS
▪️ Please kindly use the provided makeup removal cloths when removing makeup, rather than the white towels. This helps us maintain their quality.

PARKING
▪️ One lock-up garage is available for guests; however, it cannot accommodate very large vehicles.
▪️ Free visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PROPERTY CARE
▪️ Stays of 7 or more nights receive one free linen change per week.
▪️ Free cleaning is done three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
▪️ Washing and ironing can be arranged at an additional fee, paid directly to the cleaning staff.
▪️ Guests are required to provide their own charcoal for the braai.

UTILITIES & SUPPLY DISCLAIMER
▪️ Lilato Penthouse cannot be held liable for any municipal water or electricity interruptions, as these are beyond our control.
▪️ An inverter has been provided for guest convenience during power outages.
▪️ A gas stove is available and may be used by guests when needed.
▪️ Buckets are available on the veranda for guests to collect water from the downstairs (Jojo tank)located near the free parking bays if needed.
▪️ Please note that this water is not suitable for drinking.
▪️ Two 5L bottles of still drinking water will be provided for the duration of your stay if an interruption of water occurs.

DAMAGES & ACCESS
▪️ Any damages or issues must be reported to the host immediately.
▪️ Any damages caused during the stay are the responsibility of the guest.
▪️ Swimming is at your own risk (communal pool).
▪️ For the purpose of ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay, guests grant access to Lilato Penthouse management or authorised personnel for maintenance, repairs, or damage assessments as needed. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible.

TERMS
▪️ Lilato Penthouse will not be held liable for any damages, natural disasters, or losses whatsoever during your stay.
▪️ Please note that the food platters, wine, roses, cocktails, and outdoor table setup were for staging purposes only. Should you wish to recreate this setup, crockery and cutlery are available in the kitchen.
