The unit can accommodate up to 5 guests at a time and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bed room 1 are furnished with a king-size bed, Bed room 2 can be furnished with a double bed or 3 single beds. Guest to advise on sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The living area includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and a central 4-seater dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge offers ample comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming services. Wi-Fi access is provided. Outside, guests can enjoy relaxing on the private patio with braai facilities and comfortable outdoor furniture.

House Rules
Guests are requested to behave considerately and avoid disturbing other tenants or neighbours. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 21:00 to 08:00. Only guests included in the booking may stay over, and visitors are not permitted unless arranged in advance. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
On departure, guests must strictly adhere to the checkout time, ensure the kitchen is left clean, and empty all rubbish. All windows and doors must be closed, lights and appliances switched off, and the property secured as instructed. Keys should be returned according to the host’s arrangements.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay and are advised to secure personal valuables at all times.
