Was baie lekker, alles was mooi en netjies. Baie lekker gebly, ons het na die hekke toe gegaan, maar was dadelik gehelp, want ons het gereël ons gaan laat inkom, en die diens was baie, baie goed en 100%, sal vir seker weer daar gaan bly.

Happy with the accommodation but not happy with a few things. We booked the deluxe room for 2 people. The website says we have access to a communal kitchen, but when we got to the lodge, we were told that our room did not come with that option. This was very frustrating; we then had to drive back home, cook all our food and come back. Please can you make it explicit on the site which rooms allow access to the communal kitchen? We also wanted to do some horse riding. I asked one of the ladies where we could go; her response was, "There are a few in the area, just Google search and give them a phone call." This was not helpful, and I would expect to at least be told which horse riding establishment we could contact and how we could organise a ride.

Regarding the kitchen facility, we would like to clarify that the Deluxe Room booked does not include a kitchen. Some of our room categories have their own private, dedicated kitchen facilities, while others do not. There is also no communal kitchen at the lodge. We have reviewed our online listings and confirmed that the Deluxe Room is not advertised as having kitchen access. With regard to your enquiry about horse riding, we agree that our staff could have provided more helpful guidance on nearby establishments offering this activity, and this will be addressed internally to ensure guests receive clearer recommendations in future. We also noticed that customer service received the lowest rating. We would appreciate the opportunity to better understand your experience so that we can address it appropriately. Baie tevrede Kliente. Ons het ’n ander bespreking gehad vir die aand in Midrand. Toe ons omstreeks 20:00 daar aankom, het ons besef dis meer ’n “hoerhuis” as ’n veilige hawe. Ons moes toe dadelik ander verblyf reël vir dieselfde nag. Die webtuiste het toe vir ons Lipizzaner Lodge gekontak en die bespreking bevestig — ons was baie verlig! Ons het om en by 23:00 daar aangekom, en Lipizzaner Lodge het ons met ope arms ontvang. Ons kon veilig vir die aand rus. Die plek was egter baie klein, veral die badkamer — vreeslik knap. Daar was net ’n toilet in, en die wasbak was half oor die toilet gemonteer. Oorgewig persone sal nie goed daar kan beweeg nie. Die beddens was ook enkel- of dubbelbeddens; ’n queen- of kinggrootte bed sou nie inpas nie. Ons het net een leefvertrek gehad, maar die prys was uitstekend, en ons was in ’n knyp. Die ander gaste was rustig, en ons het baie goed geslaap daardie aand. Die plek was pragtig en skoon, met ’n yskas wat goed gewerk het. Daar was koffie, suiker en roompoeier beskikbaar, asook seep in die toilet en stort, met skoon handdoeke. Die WiFi het goed gewerk. Ons sal beslis weer daar bespreek, maar sal volgende keer ’n groter eenheid vra. Parkering was ook lekker naby aan die eenheid en onder dak. Ons dank Lipizzaner Lodge dat hulle hul fone so laat geantwoord het vir ons bitter laat bespreking — hulle was sterre! Ons het vroeg die volgende oggend vertrek en kon net die sleutel in die boks gooi by die uitgang.
