Little Paradise is nestled against the foothills of the Silvermine Nature Reserve and offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea, Noordhoek Beach in the distance, the wetlands, Chapman’s Peak, and the surrounding mountains. This charming 4-bedroom farmhouse-style home provides a warm and comfortable retreat. Guests can enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony with a glass of wine or unwind on the spacious porch.
The house comprises 4 individually decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ‘Noordhoek Suite’ and the ‘Atlantic’ bedrooms offer lovely distant sea views. The Noordhoek Suite features a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, while a second large bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Beach and bath towels are provided.
The property is equipped with a PV system and backup batteries to ensure power during load-shedding, and a gas hob allows for cooking without interruption.
The fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and espresso machine. A pantry with a large fridge is located next to the kitchen, which leads into a dining room with a 10-seater table. The living room offers a cosy space with a fireplace—perfect for colder evenings.
Ideal for families, the home is child-friendly and features access to a large shared playground with a slide, swings, trampoline, monkey bars, and a slackline.
Guests can relax by the swimming pool or enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the garden.
Adjacent to the guest house is a separately rented Garden Cottage, and the owners reside on the same spacious property (over 4200 sqm) in a separate home. The pool and front garden are exclusively for Little Paradise guests, while Garden Cottage guests pass behind the house.
