Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Standard check-in time is from 15:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
The property is intended for domestic stays only and may not be used for any commercial business operations.
Guests are kindly requested to return all keys and remotes in good condition upon check-out.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Guests are required to adhere to the house rules at all times. The alarm system must be activated in the evenings for security purposes.
Please note that the property includes stairs, and all guests should be comfortable with this layout.
Mr Innocent is the main caretaker and resides on-site in the staff quarters. Should any guest feel uncomfortable having a male staff member service the villa due to personal or religious reasons, alternative arrangements can be made upon request.
The apartment has backup power; however, guests are asked to use electricity sparingly during outages to conserve energy.
Please note that there is a 3-bedroom apartment and a separate 5-bedroom villa on the property, each rented out independently.
