Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
R 3000 Cash Breakage deposit payable on arrival - Refundable within 7 days after departure, less breakage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
Please do not throw cigarette buds over the balcony as tins are provided
The owners, managers and staff will not take responsibility for any injury and loss.
The property and furniture should be used with respect.
No loud noise after 10.30 pm.
Do not move furniture or bedding around the house.
No running and jumping around the pool and inside the house, as the tiles are slippery when wet and can cause injuries
The swimming pool is used at your own risk at all times.
An adult is to be present at the pool at all times when children are swimming.
No visitors are allowed.
Any extra person will be charged per head.
One towel per person will be supplied for personal use and not to be used at the pool or to be taken to the beach.
Nothing is allowed to be removed from the house to be used at the beach.
No open fires or braais are allowed around the pool to protect the artificial grass.
Guests need to bring their own dishwashing liquid, extra toilet paper, beach towels and cleaning chemicals.
Guests can use any other cleaning chemical besides Jik.
