Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cash is not accepted upon arrival. All booking fees and the refundable security deposit must be paid at least 14 days before the check-in date.
Turn off air conditioners when leaving the property or checking out.
Keys must be returned to Securicon.
No loud music or noise is allowed. Guests are reminded that sound travels far through the forest and may be a disturbance to others.
No pets are allowed.
No fireworks.
Only suitable animal feed may be given to the animals. (Feed is available at local stores.)
Speed limit is 50 km/h on tarred roads and 20 km/h on dirt roads.
The alarm must be activated at all times when leaving the property.
Any breakage damage will be deducted from the deposit, and if the amount exceeds the deposit, guests will be held responsible for the difference.
No furniture, except garden chairs and tables, may be used outside the house.
Please ensure all windows are closed when leaving the house to keep out velvet monkeys.
The swimming pool is for your enjoyment, but please refrain from diving into the pool.
All dishes must be washed before departure, and the house should be left in the same condition for the next guests. Garbage bags must be placed in the trash container at the entrance of the driveway at 3444 Berghaan.
Please note, by paying the deposit, the client accepts this quote and agrees that the owners and/or their agents have the discretion to withhold a portion of the total security deposit.
For safety reasons, guests are advised not to walk, jog, or ride bikes before sunrise and after sunset. Marloth Park is a conservation area with wild animals.
