Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. For every seven-day stay, there will be a cleaner that comes in mid-way for a few hours should you wish. You can arrange the time that suits.

Booking & Guests
Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
No unregistered overnight visitors are permitted at any time.
The maximum occupancy must be respected for safety and insurance purposes.
Quiet Hours & Neighbour Consideration
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily.
Keep noise at a respectful level, especially outdoors.
Smoking, Vaping & Substances
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Outdoor smoking is allowed; dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets
Pets may be allowed with prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
Owners must clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless protective coverings are used.
Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness throughout their stay.
Wash all dishes, cookware, and utensils used.
Do not use cupboards or drawers that are sealed or secured.
Avoid getting colourful sunscreen or makeup on linens and towels.
Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not tamper with alarms or security cameras.
Report unsafe conditions, damage, or concerns immediately.
Use of Kitchen & Appliances
Guests may use all kitchen appliances safely and responsibly.
Turn off stoves, ovens, and other appliances after use.
Do not leave food uncovered overnight to avoid attracting insects.
Damage, Breakages & Maintenance
Report any damage, defect, breakage, or malfunction immediately.
Guests are financially responsible for the repair or replacement of damaged items.
Do not attempt repairs on electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems—contact the host.
Parties, Events & Gatherings
Parties, loud gatherings, and events are prohibited.
Use outdoor furniture and amenities responsibly and leave them in their original condition.
Laundry & Water Use
Use laundry facilities as indicated in the listing.
Do not overload washing machines or dryers.
Conserve water whenever possible.
Heating, Cooling & Electricity
Use heating and air-conditioning responsibly; turn off when leaving the property.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
Report any utility issues immediately.
Liability & Compliance
Guests must comply with all local, municipal, and national laws.
The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items; secure your valuables.
