NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
QUIET TIME
Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours.
Weekdays: 22:00 - 07:00
Weekends: 24:00 - 08:00
SECURITY
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Close the gate when leaving.
TRASH PICKUP
Every Monday morning. Please take out the bin.
BREAKAGES
Any breakages will be communicated to the guests. The cost of replacement or repair will be charged to the guest’s account.
TOTAL OCCUPANTS
The total number of people in the unit may never exceed 6.
