Luxury Guesthouse Co @ RiverHouse is a luxurious double-storey self-catering house situated on the banks of the Crocodile River in Marloth Park Wildlife Conservancy, opposite the Kruger National Park. The property enjoys a peaceful setting approximately 17 km from the Crocodile Bridge entrance to the Kruger National Park and 22 km from Kambaku Golf Club in Komatipoort, making it an ideal choice for families and groups seeking a relaxing bush getaway.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, an upstairs lounge and dining area, and a downstairs kitchen with a dining area. The first upstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a seating area, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and twin washbasins. The second upstairs bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The third downstairs bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bed, and both have en-suite bathrooms. The fifth, separate bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a separate scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine. The air-conditioned dining area is furnished with a 10-seater dining table and chairs, as well as a daybed. Upstairs, the air-conditioned lounge offers ample seating, a fridge-freezer, and a dining table. The lounge opens onto a covered balcony furnished with outdoor seating, a 10-seater dining table and chairs, a ceiling fan, and a fireplace, all overlooking the Crocodile River.
Guests can unwind in the outdoor entertainment area, which features a lapa with outdoor dining furniture, a fire pit with seating, and a splash pool surrounded by sun loungers. The tranquil riverside setting provides an ideal base from which to enjoy the abundant birdlife and wildlife for which Marloth Park is renowned.
