Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are limited to small lap dogs by prior arrangement.
Guests are welcome to have friends over for social visits, but overnight stays are not permitted.
The host kindly requests that noise and music be kept to a minimum after 23:00.
Please note that the host reserves the right to retain the breakage deposit for additional cleaning if the unit is left in an excessively untidy condition.
