Stay was nice, just make sure you bring everything you will need. The stay was nice; however, we asked if we were able to have a braai at the chalet. They confirmed that they had a loose stand braai that we could use. When we checked in, they informed us that they would bring the braai later in the afternoon. We went to ask them when we did not receive the braai, where they then informed us that they suddenly did not have one available anymore, and that we should use the camping ground braai area. We had to drive to Tzaneen to buy a stand braai, as we did not want to use the common area; we wanted privacy.

Very quiet and peaceful. Chalet is very nicely situated high up among trees. The furniture and linen are very good and the unit very spacious. However, it is not self-catering. There is only a kettle, a fridge and two cups. The nearest eateries are in Haenertsburg, 15 km away. No cellphone reception or WiFi.
