Description
This is a private home operated as a fully self-catering guesthouse. It is not a hotel or resort. Staff are only present for check-in and check-out, unless otherwise arranged.
The guesthouse is perfect for families and accommodates up to 13 guests. The guesthouse comprises of 5 bedrooms and a common area. The 5 bedrooms are all furnished with queen sized beds each. 3 bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms while the rest of the guests shares the third bathroom fitted with a toilet, bathtub and separate shower. 2 TVs on site with Netflix.
The property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties, or party-focused loud guests. We value peaceful quiet guests. Parties & Functions strictly only allowed if pre-approved. On request: We are open to respectful contained parties pls msg us for approval.

MEALS: Self Catering. Catering may be arranged via preferred local suppliers. Details available on request.
Owner resides in a private apartment. 2 Friendly loving Huskies roam freely on site. The property also has self-contained suites away from the Main Guest House - these may be occupied by other guests during yr stay. Note Huskies are strictly not allow in the Guest House and Guest Rooms please close all door if unoccupied.
NOTE: Husky safety & long term residents privacy & quiet are prioritised & respected.
We only provide the following: bedding, 2 bath towels per bed on arrival, starter toilet paper night 1 only: 2 rolls per bath. Washing machine access. Winter blanlet. Electric Blanket. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
Guests should bring own face soap, hand soap, adapators, all toiletries, hairdryer, cleaning detergents, trash bags, loo rolls, cooking supplies, groceries, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Mosquito repellant. Pool towels. Firewood/charcoal for braai. (stored onsite firewood is for corporate tenants on site.
WATER & ELECTRICITY COMPULSORY FEES
There is no backup power or back up water (municipal supply only).
Compulsory electricity contribution R350 per night (reasonable use). Cash on arrival (NB before check-in. No entry into Guesthouse if the utility fee is not paid in). No card machine. If appliances left on 247 meter will run out & you will need to purchase units to top up.
Long term Compulsory fees: Only for long term 5 nights or more:
compulsory maid R350pd once pw and gardener R350pd once per week
OPTIONAL PAID SERVICES (ON REQUEST)
• Daily cleaner: R350 full day, excl long stay
• Daily gardener: R350 full day, excl long stay
• Tennis court floodlights: R600 (6 hours)
- Gas heaters are available on request. Usage is charged separately (R350 per gas cylinder).
- Gas fireplace R500 per night for gas.
