A private, retreat-style home offering quiet, spacious accommodation for mature, respectful travellers seeking calm & comfort. Not a hotel or party house. Lived in home. Established gardens. Owner resides in a separate building on the property. Ideal for corporate travellers, families, small groups & visiting professionals. Accommodation only.
Events, filming, photography or commercial use require direct approval & are not part of accommodation booking.

This is a private home operated as a guesthouse. It is not a hotel or resort.
Staff are only present for check-in and check-out, unless otherwise arranged.
We welcome quiet peaceful guests. This is a noise-free venue. No loud music or noisy guests allowed.
WATER & ELECTRICITY
There is no backup power or generator or back up water (municipal supply only).
Compulsory electricity contribution R450 per night. Cash on arrival. No card machine.
Long term 6 nights or more: compulsory main R350pd once pw and gardener R350pd once per week
OPTIONAL PAID SERVICES (ON REQUEST)
• Daily cleaner: R350 full day
• Daily gardener: R350 full day
• Tennis court floodlights: R600 (6 hours)
- Gas heaters are available on request. Usage is charged separately (R350 per gas cylinder).
Gas fireplace R500 per night for gas.

QUIET RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT
The property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties, or party-focused loud guests. We value peaceful quiet guests. No parties no music no loud noises.

OWNERS, OTHER RESIDENTS & DOGS
Owner resides in a private apartment. 2 Friendly loving Huskies live on site. The property also has self-contained suites away from the Main House - these may be occupied by other guests during yr stay.
NOTE: Husky safety & Residents privacy & quiet are prioritised & respected.
MEALS
Self Catering. Catering may be arranged via preferred local suppliers. Details available on request.

Late departures are not possible.
WHAT TO BRING
We provide bedding, 2 bath towels per bed on arrival, starter toilet paper night 1 only, 2 rolls per bath, and washing machine access.
Guests should bring own toiletries, hairdryer, cleaning detergents, loo rolls, cooking supplies, tea coffee sugar, milk. Mosquito repellant. Pool towels. Firewood/charcoal for braai. (stored onsite firewood belongs to site residents & not for guests use).
Please only book if you are comfortable with all of the above.
