Free unlimited WiFi and central access to major routes, Gautrain, Sandton and Mall of Africa. Quiet residential setting. Not a party venue. Owner resides in separate building.

This is a private home operated as a guesthouse. It is not a hotel or resort.
Staff are only present for check-in and check-out, unless otherwise arranged.
Electricity
A compulsory electricity contribution of R400 per night applies and is payable directly to the Owner. This covers reasonable household use. There is no backup power or generator (municipal supply only).
Optional Services (on request)
• Daily maid: R350 per day
• Daily gardener: R350 per day
• Tennis court floodlights: R600 (6 hours)
- Gas heaters are available on request. Usage is charged separately (R350 per gas cylinder).
Quiet Residential Environment
The property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties, or party-focused loud groups. For events send us a msg.
Owner & Dogs
Owner resides in a separate private building on the property. Huskies live on site.
Self-Catering
This is a self-catering property. No meals are included. Catering may be arranged via preferred local suppliers. Minimum spend applies. Details available on request.
Events, Filming & Photography
Not included in Airbnb accommodation bookings. Prior written approval and separate rates apply.

Late departures are not possible.
What to Bring
We provide bedding, 2 bath towels per bed on arrival, starter toilet paper 2 rolls per bath and washing machine access.
Guests should bring own toiletries, pool towels, cleaning supplies, detergents, cooking ingredients and firewood/charcoal.
Please only book if you are comfortable with the above.
