Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Electricity and water are included in the stay, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Towels only for bathroom use not beach use.
A cleaning fee of R850 per day is payable directly at the property and must be booked and paid for in advance. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost.
For bookings of 2 to 4 guests, the back section of the house will be closed off, as the front section is fully equipped and includes 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds.
During high season, bookings for only 2 to 4 guests will not be accepted.
A refundable cash breakage deposit is payable on arrival: R1 500 for 2–4 guests and R2 500 for 6–10 guests.
