Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Enjoy yourself at a reasonable sound level as it is in a very secure complex. Management and body corporates, which the owner does not have control over, have the right to ask the guest to depart if they do not respect their neighbours and asked to be less noisy.
Kindly leave everything as you found it, especially adapters, remotes, and rechargeable lights.
The breakage deposit is due 7 days prior to the keys being handover and will be returned 14 days after inspection.
No additional guests or visitors are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Open fires are not allowed, please make use of the gas braai on the patio.
Guests must please use the allocated parking area, and there is 1 additional parking in the arrival zone.
Please switch off geysers, plugs, and lights that are not being used, and during loadshedding.
Additional facilities can be arranged such as meals, decor, a babysitter, and cleaning services.
