Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the two double rooms are located in a loft area, which is listed as a shared common space on the property. Guests are kindly asked to respect that closed cupboards and doors are private and not to be accessed.
No eating or drinking is permitted on the leather or antique couches; please use the outdoor braai area or dining table for meals. Meals must be taken only in designated dining areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and no open fires are allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, as other residents live on the property. Guests are requested to remove shoes indoors to help maintain cleanliness, report any damage, hang towels on bathroom hooks before departure, and ensure all doors are locked before bedtime. Please close windows when leaving the property and turn off lights when leaving a room or going to sleep.
The loft and downstairs lounge share a single power switch; bedside lamps may be used before switching off downstairs lights. Electrical outlets are provided for convenience, and guests are kindly asked to unplug devices when not in use. Fridges in the downstairs rooms are available for guest use, with additional space provided in the kitchen fridge. Guests are requested to use only the designated kitchen and dining facilities appropriately.
