Very relaxing. Lovely. Very hospitable, clean chalet. Kitchen was a little too basic and could have used some touches of luxury such as a Bodum for coffee, but other than that we had no complaints.

Excellent stay with friendly staff, great food, and beautiful views; only the ga. Everything at the lodge was awesome – from the reception, restaurant, views, and accommodation. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. The only issue we encountered was with booking the Big Five game drive. I was asked to drive to another lodge to make the booking, which I found very inconvenient. To enhance the guest experience and ensure a perfect stay, transport could be arranged between the lodges for guests who wish to book activities at another property.

Relaxing. Friendly staff. Great for escaping the city. Awesome luxury tent. Delicious food. Very friendly staff. Escaped from Johannesburg for a downtime weekend and we completely relaxed.

It was awesome. It was awesome. Friendly staff and exceptionally tasty food. A few negatives were that the pillows were too soft in our unit and there was no fridge, which was problematic, but the cleanliness and food quality, coupled with really friendly staff, made up for it. The place is super quiet and just the place to go to for a reset from the hustle and bustle of city life. Highly recommend it if you love the bush.

We had a very wonderful stay, we are definitely coming back. We had a very wonderful stay, the friendly staff from the reception lady to the restaurant staff and the team. The only problem was the tent was loose on the side and it caused more coldness.

Friendly service, nice place to hang out with friends. We booked a game drive at Mangwa Lodge where we drove around their camps and saw rhinos, buffalo, golden blue wildebeest and other antelope species. A platter and drink per person was included. . The staff are very friendly and helpful and quickly make plans if there is a crisis. The Lodge is relatively centrally located with Arlington Brewery just around the corner. . Facilities were clean and tidy. We had a great stay.

I do recommend that the lodge includes bottled water in the rooms. I travelled solo and the staff were very friendly. I got a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite, a much larger room.

Our stay was a reviving weekend with nature. Our stay was good and the service and the food from the staff was a cherry on top. My suggestion is the following: 1. Please put mats or rugs on each side of the bed. 2. Bar fridge in the room. 3. A fireplace would make the room cosy and warm. 4. Include a flat sheet as we sleep between sheets. 5. A couch would have been nice to relax and enjoy the outside view. 6. Include a lace curtain so that we can still be in the room and light can come in while lounging in bed without our privacy being infringed. 7. The spa needs some changes, starting with the ladies; I am not sure if they are qualified masseurs. Towels and the smell of the place should convey serenity and relaxation. Include a changing room and waiting room for when people are running late. The place is beautiful but does not have the guests in mind for practical relaxation and serenity. We wanted to chill and read a book while watching the animals and the view of the lake, but we couldn't because there were next clients coming and no place for other clients to sit and relax. 8.
