Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including vaping, hookahs (Hubbly-Bubbly), and similar products.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: 15:00 – 19:00. Late arrivals may incur an additional charge.
Check-out: By 10:00.
During peak season, check-out is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive. Late departures may incur an additional charge.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is limited to the number agreed upon in your reservation.
No pets or animals are allowed on the property unless arranged in advance with Seascapes Accommodations, a pet deposit form is completed, and the deposit is paid. Service animals are exempt.
Guests must not move furniture or take it outside the property.
Use of the pool is at your own risk.
No running, diving, throwing objects, or throwing people into the pool.
Dangerous or unhygienic activities are strictly prohibited. Glass, littering, and food are not allowed in or around the pool.
Any misconduct may result in damage fees.
Fires may only be made in designated areas. This is a high wildfire-risk area, so fires must never be left unattended, and no fires are allowed during strong winds.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Out of respect for neighbours, loud music and disturbances are not permitted. Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay are biospheres, and locals may report disturbances to the authorities.
When leaving the house, please ensure all doors are locked and the alarm is set.
To prevent blockages, do not dispose of food waste, hazardous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene products in toilets, sinks, or shower drains. The property uses a septic tank system.
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
A compulsory cleaning fee covers a professional clean of the entire property at the end of your stay.
Additional cleaning or housekeeping services (e.g., mid-stay refreshes, linen changes, or extra tidying) can be arranged through Overstrand Accommodations for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance to schedule services at the current housekeeping rate.
