Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and smoking inside will not be tolerated.
Children must be supervised at all swimming pools at all times.
Gas and Weber braais must be used responsibly, and the gas bottle must be closed after use.
All appliances, including the stove and oven, must be switched off when not in use.
Guests are asked to respect neighbours, and no loud noise is permitted after 20:00.
Refundable breakage deposits are applicable and in High Season are set to an amount equivalent to 1 night’s rental of the home.
An exit cleaning fee applies per booking.
No third-party bookings will be accepted without prior authorisation from the host.
No underage bookings are permitted. The establishment reserves the right to remove guests immediately from the property should they behave in an unruly, verbally abusive, physically abusive, or destructive manner towards staff or the property.
