Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The keys must be handed back to the owners before departure, no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Any breakages should be reported.

House parties are not permitted.

No smoking in the cottage.

Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 PM.

Overnight stays are limited to the 2 guests included in the booking.

The cottage must be left in a tidy condition, with all dishes washed.

Only charcoal briquettes may be used for the Weber braai. If a wood braai is preferred, arrangements can be made to provide one. Wood must not be used in the Weber.

If possible, outdoor cushions should be brought inside after use to prevent them from becoming damp overnight.

After using the washing machine, the rubber seal should be wiped dry with a cloth to prevent mould growth.
