House Rules
Bank charges on credit card cancellations are non-refundable, as the bank does not reverse initial transaction fees.
The cardholder must be present at check-in with a valid ID or passport.
Check-in time is from 14:00.
Check-out time is by 11:00.
Reserve gates close at 18:00.
All activities must be booked with the front desk before check-in.
Rates include full board: breakfast, light lunch and dinner.
Guests staying in self-catering units must pre-book any meals with the front desk before arrival.
Housekeeping is included in the rate.
Two game drives per day are included in the rate.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
Appropriate attire is required in public and lodge areas.
Loud music is not permitted.
Swimwear is required for massage treatments.
Late arrivals will result in full payment but forfeiture of any scheduled massage.
Late arrivals will also forfeit the game drive, with no refund.
Drivers using outside transport may not remain on the premises for more than 20 minutes.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms; designated smoking areas are available outside.
