The MBZ Coastal Guest House is a multi-level self-catering house set on a generously sized property on a hill in Freeland Park, Scottburgh. The house is an entertainer’s dream or ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility with family or friends, while listening to the sea from the lounge or anywhere around the house.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
On the upstairs level there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a queen-size bed and an open-plan en suite with a bath and a shower, a toilet and washbasin. The second, third and fourth bedrooms each contain a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, plenty of cupboard space, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a separate laundry. The dining area contains an air-conditioner and a 6-seater dining table. The lounge area contains comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
The second level contains a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, and a well-equipped kitchen and lounge area.
The third level has a spacious games room or entertainment area leading out onto an expansive deck overlooking the garden and gorgeous children's play area, and also has a Jacuzzi. Gas braai facilities are available.
