Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size or double beds, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bunk bed suitable for children. Three of the bedrooms have built-in cupboards, while the children’s room has a chest of drawers. All bathrooms are fitted with showers only.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, indoor braai, and pool table. The kitchen features 2 fridge-freezers, an oven, a stove, a microwave, an air fryer, appliances, crockery, and cutlery. The dining area has seating for 6 guests, while the breakfast counter provides additional seating for 4 guests.

Stack doors open onto a patio with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a splash pool, and portable braai facilities. Please note that the property does not offer sea views.

Parking is available on the premises for 2 vehicles. Melkbos 16th Avenue is conveniently located approximately a 3-minute walk from the beach and within easy reach of restaurants and attractions along the West Coast.

Please note that a resident cat visits the property, and guests are welcome to feed her when she visits. Food is provided.
