Smoking is allowed in a designated area on the patio, which is furnished and protected from the elements.
Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise levels at a respectable level.
Pets can be considered, but please be advised there are 2 cats who live on the property.
Please keep visiting dogs leashed upon arrival and on walks in town and on the beach.
Cleaning, sanitising and servicing before and after each stay, additional cleaning and laundry services during the stay by arrangement and at an extra fee.
Overnight guests are only allowed by prior arrangement and this will come at an additional cost.
