Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave and a kettle.

House Rules

We're delighted to have you book with us. To ensure a pleasant experience, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Respectful Enjoyment
Please treat the studio as your own, keeping noise levels considerate, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM, to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
While we love gatherings, we ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events in the space.
2. Smoking & Braai and Fire Safety
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. You're welcome to smoke outside; please use the provided ash pot and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
To ensure safety, please avoid using open flames, such as candles or incense, inside the studio.
3. Fire Safety and Braai/Barbecue Use
Always use the braai/barbecue away from flammable materials.
Never leave the braai unattended while in use.
Ensure the fire is completely extinguished after use.
4. Guest Access & Security
The studio is prepared for the guests listed in your booking. No additional guests are permitted to stay overnight. If you wish to have visitors during the day, please let us know in advance.
Kindly ensure all doors and windows are secured when you leave and keep access codes or keys within your party.
Kindly wait for the gate to close behind you before driving off.
5. Kitchenette Use & Cleanliness
Our kitchenette is equipped for light meal preparations and does not include cooking appliances. To maintain a pristine environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to store food properly and promptly clean up any spills.
6. Bathroom Etiquette & Water Conservation
Cape Town occasionally experiences water restrictions. We encourage mindful water usage during your stay.
We kindly ask that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. For your convenience, a wastebasket is provided for other items.
7. Responsible Electricity Usage
South Africa occasionally experiences ongoing energy constraints, and we appreciate your support in using electricity mindfully. We kindly ask that lights, appliances, and air-conditioning be switched off when leaving the studio, whether heading out during your stay or when checking out. These small, thoughtful actions help us conserve energy and care for Misty’s Studio.
8. Wi-Fi Access
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience.
9. Check-out Process
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Before you leave, we kindly ask you to:
Respectfully and as responsibly possible, leave the space as you found it.
Ensure you've collected all your belongings.
10. Guest Safety & Responsibility
While we take every care to provide a safe and comfortable environment, guests enter and stay at Misty’s Studio at their own risk. We kindly ask you to take care of yourself and your belongings during your stay.
11. Additional Guidelines
Pets: While pets are not allowed in the studio, we welcome guests with assistive animals. If you have a service animal accompanying you, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your assistive companion.
Guest Registration: All guests are required to sign a copy of the house rules upon arrival.
Damage Reporting: Please report any damages promptly so we can address them.
Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless they are corporate bookings.
Occupancy Limit: The maximum capacity is two guests, including children. Unfortunately, no infants are allowed.
Identification: We may require copies of IDs or passports prior to arrival for security purposes. Rest assured, your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), ensuring your privacy and data security.
