Not the best experience. I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay at 134 Eden on the Bay, which unfortunately was rather disappointing. We arrived after 3:00 PM, the stated check-in time, yet the cleaning lady was still busy cleaning and only left at approximately 4:00 PM. This immediately made us feel as though the unit was not prepared for our arrival. In addition, there was a leak that had reportedly been logged the day prior. While we were at the apartment, a maintenance worker arrived to attend to this. We were not informed beforehand that someone would be coming, which I feel we should have received a heads-up about, especially as we had made plans for the day. While we were out, the maintenance worker returned and requested permission to work inside the apartment while we were not present. This made us quite uncomfortable, as it felt like an invasion of our privacy. Regarding cleanliness, there were noticeable marks on the bedroom carpet, which made the unit feel dirty. The outside patio was also not properly cleaned; there were visible bird droppings on the tables and outdoor furniture. Additionally, mops and brooms were left lying around on the patio, which further contributed to an unpleasant impression. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our experience and did not meet the standard we expected. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention.
