Description
Moeg Geploeg Lodge is a self-catering unit that is situated in Sunwich Port 14 km from Port Shepstone, a mere 200 m from Sunwichport Beach, 2 km from Southport Blue Flag beach and walking distance from 4 well-known restaurants. The police station is situated in the same street, just 200 m away.
The studio-lodge comprises a sleeping area, a kitchen, an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size bed with an electric blanket for those cold night. A plasma TV with own DStv channels and a DVD player is available. The lodge has air-conditioning in the sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven with 2-plate gas stove and mini-oven, fridge-freezer, crockery, micorwave and cutlery as well as 2 table with 12 chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and a toilet.
The apartment leads out into an big entertainment area with a built-in braai, gas braai, a dart board, reading material and a dining table with seating for 12. The entertainment area has its own toilet. There is also a fridge with ice and craft beer. The lodge brews its own beer. Only export wines are available on request. There is also free Wi-Fi and secure parking. Free wood for the fireplace and outdoor braai. The lodge supplies its own water and electricity.
Breakfast can be provided on request, as well as a menu with home-cooked meals. The property has CCTV cameras connected to a security firm for security. Outside the lodge is a large stainless steel top to clean fish on. The lodge has its own water on the premises and is not dependent on municipal water supply. If the power goes out the unit is equipped with 12volt LED lights that must only be switched on at the plugs.
Moeg Geploeg Lodge is 30 km from Oribi Gorge and Lake Eland as well we 10 km from Hibberdene and 30 km from Margate. There are 5 top golf courses within a 40 km radius from the lodge.
