Description

Montroux offers self-catering accommodation on the owner’s property in the upper hills of Clarens, surrounded by scenic views and the charm of the village. The stylish apartment is set in a combination of aluminium, glass, and authentic sandstone, creating a modern yet warm atmosphere.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms contain queen-size beds with electric blankets, hairdryers, and fan heaters, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bath towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge has seating for 4 guests and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels.

Outside, the private enclosed garden features a furnished gazebo with portable braai facilities. Parking is available under a carport for 2 vehicles. The apartment is pet-friendly for up to 2 small house-trained dogs on request, with rules to ensure pets are not left unattended indoors.
