Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. A pet fee applies. Pets may not be left unattended inside the unit.
Please note that banking fees incurred on credit card bookings are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, as the bank does not refund initial transaction costs.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 on the day of departure. A surcharge per hour or part thereof will apply to late check-outs.
Only paying guests are permitted on the premises. No additional visitors or parties are allowed. Guests who do not comply may be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
A refundable key and breakage deposit, depending on the unit is payable with the deposit or on arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 8 working days, provided the unit has been checked and found to be in order. Keys will not be handed over without the deposit. Guests are requested to provide banking details for the refund.
A starter pack including 2 dishwashing tablets, 2 black bags, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 200 ml of dishwashing liquid is provided on arrival. Guests are required to bring or purchase additional supplies for the duration of their stay.
