Description
Relax with the family in this peaceful, spacious Sandbaai home. With two comfortable bedrooms, airy loft, an infrared sauna, wood fired hot tub and a covered braai area, it’s perfect for unwinding and enjoying quality time together. A short 5-minute walk takes you to the coastal path, with easy access to Sandbaai and Onrus beaches for swimming, surfing, diving, or soaking up the sun. The area is also ideal for mountain biking and hiking, with beautiful trails and scenery just moments away.
The front door leads into the open plan living area. The dining area opens up via a stacking door onto the covered back stoep, which has a braai, comfortable seating as well as an Infrared Sauna. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of windows with views of the surrounding trees and green belt. The loft with 2 sky lights has a 2 single beds. The loft also features a juliet balcony overlooking the green belt as well as a working area with desk and a 2nd screen to connect your laptop. The loft can get warm so we have an AC unit to keep things cooler, while both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a bath and shower. The scullery has a double sink and a top loader washing machine as well as a dishwasher. For peace of mind the house has outside beams which are linked to an armed response.
