Not great. I would not recommend this facility. We ended up staying in the "Villa" to accommodate an additional person. The (helpful) staff at the Guest House were unaware of our arrival and ran to clean the place while we waited in our car. Clearly, there was no communication between the owner and staff. Maintenance is really poor all round. Exposed wiring on plugs and distribution board. Sharp knives but no knife sharpener, desk lamp not functional, poor WiFi connectivity. Lounge carpet really dirty. Etc. A man arrived to put on security lights on our first day. We found him in the lounge, having unlocked the gate and walked in - not a good feeling about security. Many stairs in the Villa and also in the main facility. Definitely not disability-friendly.
